The roof decal remains largely unchanged as a large multipart decal in UV resistant black. The country code
removes previous concerns about the orientation of numbers that could be misread if viewed upside-down.
Roof decals are easily seen by CCTV safety cameras or police patrols on flyovers or elevated vantage points. The roof is also one place thieves forget or can’t be bothered checking for identification markings. Even if they are seen, they’re difficult to remove.
