We’re delighted to announce that the Intellectual Property Office has accepted our application to trademark our company name. This will allow us to prevent a recurrence of some of the confusion and concern encountered in the latter part of 2022. Securing this trademark with the Intellectual Property Office is a major step forward for the company and its membership, putting in place a further layer of security.

It may seem like a small step, but it is so important to us that we make sure that our membership is safe and that their data is secure. Taking this action ensures that nobody can use our name without facing the full force of the law, and that’s important.
